In collaboration with Sinema Media and The Flying Kick Asia, sleeping rabbit | films was engaged as a production support unit to run this ambitious micro budget indie 10 day indie feature film.

Utter 2016 is a Singapore Writers Festival initiative, backed by the National Arts Council where 4 local literary short stories are weaved together to form a feature length film. 4 up and coming directors- Jonathan Choo, Jacky Lee, Sufyan Sam’an and Vel Murugan each helms a segment, lensed by DOP Jaye Neo.

Sabrina was the 1st Assistant Director and Nicholas was the Line Producer for this project and we are deeply honored to be invited by Executive Producer Nicholas Chee to work on this project with a team of passionate and hardworking team.

We wrapped on the 28th of May with smiles despite everyone’s tiredness and we want to thank everyone on the team who believed in our plans and put in the crazy amount of hard work to make this project a success. We are also very happy with what was shot in the can (or hard disk), and we can’t wait to see it completed!
